Hi, I’m Jack. I hold a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and an ARCT Diploma in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music. For more than 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students in both Vancouver and Los Angeles while continuing to perform on piano, violin, alto saxophone, and voice.

I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to their individual interests, goals, and learning style. Whether you’re learning music for personal enjoyment, returning after years away, or working toward advanced performance, my goal is to help you build strong musical fundamentals while keeping lessons engaging, inspiring, and enjoyable.

One of my favourite parts of teaching is helping students discover music that excites them. If there’s a particular song you’d love to learn, I can create custom sheet music arranged specifically for your current level, allowing you to make meaningful progress while playing the music you enjoy most.

I believe music is a lifelong skill that encourages creativity, confidence, and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel challenged, inspired, and excited to continue exploring music for years to come.
