Course 1 – Breath Control
Introducing the voice! We will start by talking about voice and performance health, including topics like habits, stage nerves and practice environment. Our main focus will be learning about the diaphragm muscle and how to breathe effectively with singing. The goal is to start implementing diaphragm breathing into your practice so that you can improve your breath control and feel supported when you sing.

- Overfilling – Finding the midpoint and feeling the difference between chest breathing and diaphragm breathing
